Lumisonic Return & Exchange Policy

At Lumisonic, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our handmade Peshawari chappals and traditional Eastern wear. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want you to wear your pieces with confidence.

1. 7-Day Easy Size Exchange

We understand that getting the right fit for footwear or clothing online can be tricky!

You can request a size exchange within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Once verified, we will dispatch the updated size directly to your doorstep.

2. Damages, Defects, & Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with a photo/video of the defect at nangyalkj@gmail.com or via WhatsApp.
We will replace the item immediately at zero extra charge to you.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Returns

For orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds are issued as Store Credit / Discount Vouchers or via Bank Transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash once the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse.
Return shipping fees for size exchanges or non-defective returns may apply (typically PKR 200–250 to cover courier charges).

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Send an email to nangyalkj@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp.
Include your Order Number and the Reason for Exchange/Return (e.g., Need size 42 instead of 43).
Our team will guide you on sending the parcel back to our local hub in Pakistan.
